Avik Roy has over 25 years of operational and leadership experience across multiple industries. In addition, he has successfully served leaders looking to radically improve the effectiveness of their team’s execution and management capabilities so they can maximize performance and drive up business results.

Avik is a veteran of Fortune 50 pharma, top professional services firms E&Y and McKinsey, and multiple midmarket and entrepreneurial ventures. His success stems from his ability to apply his “clarity-and-alignment” focused execution effectiveness principles in ways that guide his organizations and those of his clients to skillfully navigate strategic and operational challenges faced by businesses experiencing rapid growth as well as slowing momentum.

Avik holds an MBA from The Wharton School, and advanced graduate degrees from Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
